Everything about the service — from signing up to sending invitations to your guests.
There is no password to invent — signing in is confirmed with a code from an email.
Check your spam folder and make sure there’s no typo in your email address. The “Resend code” button becomes active after 30 seconds, and every new code cancels the previous one — always enter the latest. If nothing arrives at all, email us at holidaysoon.contact@gmail.com.
Click “Sign in”, enter your email on the sign-in tab and confirm with the 6-digit code from the email. The service has no passwords at all: a fresh code is sent every time, so there is nothing to forget or guess.
Open “Profile” in the account menu. First and last name are saved with the “Save changes” button. Changing your email needs an extra confirmation — a 6-digit code is sent to the new address. The same page turns marketing emails on and off.
You need an account first: without signing in, the create buttons simply open the sign-in window.
Yes. Creating an invitation, replacing every text and photo, filling in your own dates and previewing the finished result costs nothing. The first 3 guests are free as well — the fourth one opens the purchase window. Paying removes the guest limit and unlocks sending.
The site works in Ukrainian, English, Russian and Polish. Every guest on your list has their own language, and their personal link opens in exactly that language — no matter which language you use in your own dashboard. So one celebration can invite guests from different countries.
Open the invitation in your dashboard and go to the “Manage theme” tab. The form with all fields is on the left, and a live preview that updates instantly is on the right. You can change names, dates and times, locations, the schedule of the day, photos, and the theme’s color palette.
No — edits are applied with the “Save” button, and until you save, guests still see the previous version. One thing worth knowing: saving the form rewrites the answer-option blocks (drinks, locations, dress code), so guest answers to those are cleared. If any answers already exist, the service warns you in a separate dialog before saving.
Instead of filling every field by hand, you can paste your notes as one block of text and add up to 8 photos — the model sorts them into the invitation fields for you. The text needs at least 20 characters; photos must be JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 3 MB each (the iPhone HEIC format cannot be read by the model, so convert it first). The result is a draft: nothing is stored until you review the fields and press “Save”. Fields the text had no answer for are highlighted separately.
Each theme is a separate invitation with its own design and its own set of fields, so content does not carry over between themes. You can create an invitation on another theme in the dashboard and fill it in again; payment is also counted separately for each theme.
Open the invitation, go to the “Guest list” tab, and click “Add another guest”. For each entry, enter a name (required), a partner’s name, an email, and the invitation language. One entry means one link, so it’s best to add a couple as a single entry.
Every guest gets a personal link — copy it with the button in the list and send it via text or any messaging app. If you added an email, the invitation can also be sent by email: one at a time, or to everyone at once with “Send invitation to all by email”. Guests without an email receive the invitation only through the copied link.
On the “Guest status” tab. Entries are split into “Confirmed”, “Declined” and “No response”, with search and filters. A status updates the moment a guest answers inside their invitation. If the theme has extra questions — a drink choice, for example — you also see what was picked and how often.
The “Guest status” tab has a “Remind all” button: it emails every guest who has an address on file and hasn’t replied yet. You can also remind guests one at a time. The service tells you how many guests have already been reminded, so you don’t send the same email twice.
You pay once for the theme you choose — no subscriptions, no hidden fees; current prices are shown on the “Pricing” page. The price includes unlimited access to the theme, editing of text, photos, and colors, personal guest links with RSVP tracking, one-click invitation sending, and a dashboard with guest analytics.
Press the purchase button inside the invitation — a summary window opens, followed by a secure Stripe payment page. Card details are handled by the payment provider: the site never sees or stores them. The currency depends on the country you’re paying from: US dollars in the US and most other countries, pounds in the UK, zloty in Poland, and hryvnia in Ukraine.
In the purchase window that opens before you go to payment: expand the promo code field, enter the code, and apply it. The discount is shown right away, before you pay, as a “before / after” price. If the code doesn’t apply or has expired, a message appears right under the field.
Nothing is lost: you aren’t charged, and every setting of your invitation stays in place, so you can go back to the dashboard and try again. If payment is temporarily unavailable, the service shows a separate message about it — email us and we’ll sort it out.
Yes, within 7 days of payment — as long as the invitation hasn’t been sent to guests yet. After 7 days, refunds aren’t available, as the product is considered used. To request a refund, email holidaysoon.contact@gmail.com; the full conditions are on the “Terms of Use” page.
Access to a purchased invitation is granted for 6 months from the moment of payment — enough for both the preparation and the celebration itself. After that period the invitation may be deleted automatically, so save any important data and screenshots in advance.
