1. Service Owners

2. Nature of the Service

Holiday Soon provides access to digital wedding invitations, which the user can:

• create;
• edit;
• send to guests;
• store for 6 months from the moment of purchase.

The service is a digital productprovided in electronic form.

3. Registration and User Obligations

By creating an account or purchasing an invitation, the user confirms that they:

• provide truthful information about themselves;
• independently enter guest data and are responsible for its accuracy;
• do not use the platform for illegal activity or sending spam.

Holiday Soon is not liable for data entered incorrectly by guests or users.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. Payments

Payment is made through the third-party service Stripe . Holiday Soon does not store or process bank card data.

4.2. Refund Policy

A refund is possible within 7 days, if:

• the invitation has not been sent to guests.

After 7 days, a refund is not available, as the product is considered used.

5. Invitation Validity Period

• Access to a purchased invitation is provided for 6 months from the moment of payment.
• After this period ends, the invitation may be automatically deleted.
• The user is responsible for keeping copies or screenshots after the period ends.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials of the service — design, templates, texts, graphics, interface elements — belong to Holiday Soon.

The user is granted a limited license to use the purchased invitation solely for personal purposes.

It is prohibited to:

• copy templates;
• sell or transfer access to third parties without documented agreement with the service owners;
• create copies of the design for commercial use.

7. User and Guest Data

Holiday Soon collects data necessary for the operation of the service:

• the user's first and last name;
• email;
• guest data (name and email, if the user chooses to add them);
• information about the event (venue, date, time, etc.).

Card data is collected exclusively by Stripe. We do not have access to it.

8. Service Liability

Holiday Soon is not liable for:

• incorrectly entered data by users;
• failures of third-party services (Stripe, email services, hosting, etc.);
• loss of access due to an incorrect or invalid email;
• use of the service for unlawful purposes;

The service operates on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

9. User Account

Holiday Soon may temporarily block or delete an account in cases of:

• violation of the Terms of Use;
• suspicion of fraud;
• attempted unauthorized access or interference with the system.

The user may request account deletion at any time.

10. Prohibitions

The user is prohibited from:

• using the platform for spam;
• copying or modifying the design of the service;
• attempting to hack or interfere with the system.

11. Technical Requirements

For the service to function correctly, the user must have:

• a stable internet connection;
• a modern browser;
• a device that supports modern web technologies.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms in accordance with the development of the service or legal requirements. The current version is always available on the Holiday Soon site.
