1. Service Owners

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect the personal data necessary for the operation of the service.

2.1. User data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Data entered when creating and editing an invitation (event location, date, time, etc.)
• Text and photos you submit to AI features (AI autofill of the invitation and AI photo generation)

2.2. Guest data (at the user's discretion):

• Guest names
• Guest emails

2.3. Payment data

We do not store or process bank card data. All payment information is processed by the third-party service Stripe.

2.4. Technical and usage data:

• IP address, device and browser type, language and approximate region
• Pages visited and actions on the site (for example, a completed purchase), together with cookie identifiers

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

We use the data in order to:

• create, edit, and store electronic wedding invitations;
• provide access to the invitation for 6 months after purchase;
• send information to guests (at the user's request);
• process payments and refunds within 7 days;
• improve the stability and functionality of the service;
• generate invitation drafts and photos at your request using AI;
• measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Data Processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

• the user's consent;
• the necessity to perform the terms of use of the service;
• legitimate interests that ensure the security and operation of the site.

5. Data Storage

• A purchased invitation is stored for 6 months from the moment of payment.
• Account data is stored until it is deleted by the user.
• Guest data may be deleted by the user at any time.
• AI-generated photos are kept for 30 days unless you add them to an invitation; AI autofill results are not saved until you press “Save”.

6. Refunds

A refund is possible within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not yet been used or sent to guests.

7. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We share data only in cases necessary for the operation of the service:

• Stripe – for payment processing;
• hosting and technical service providers — to support the operation of the site;
• AI model providers — to process the text and photos you submit to AI features and return the result;
• Google (Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — for analytics and measuring the effectiveness of advertising. They receive information about your visit and actions on the site together with cookie identifiers and may use it under their own policies, including to show you ads.

We do not sell personal data for money. Apart from the analytics and advertising tools listed above, we do not share data with advertising agencies or other companies.

8. Data Security

We apply technical and administrative security measures, including:

• encryption;
• access control;
• protection of server infrastructure.

9. User Rights

The user has the right to:

• obtain a copy of their data;
• correct information;
• delete their account;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• submit a request for the complete deletion of all entered data.

10. Cookies and Technical Data

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage). Essential ones are needed for sign-in and saving settings and are always on. Analytics and advertising ones (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) help us understand how the site is used and measure the effectiveness of advertising; they are turned on only if you press “Accept” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site, and also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Cookies do not store payment data.

Do Not Track: the site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. You can limit tracking by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy in accordance with changes to the service or legislation. The current version is always available on the site, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated and from when it takes effect.
